Victus is a range of UVGI air purification devices designed specifically for ceiling installations, with a minimum installation height of 2.3 metres. These units emit UVC light at a wavelength that is effective at destroying up to 99.9% of airborne bacteria and viruses.
The UVC light is completely shielded, making the devices safe to be used in occupied spaces. As a result, they are being used in a wide range of applications, including schools, restaurants, fitness centres, cafes and offices.

This is a non-exhaustive list that only encompasses some of the common diseases that have been implicated in airborne transmission. A special note to be made is regarding COVID-19, the 21st-century pandemic which is spread through airborne routes (among other routes).
All known variants are known to be destroyed with the correct dosage of UVC. Active measures to prevent airborne transmission have been shown to curb its spread.
Victus devices must be installed at a height of at least 2.3m for maximum effectiveness and safety. At this height, the UVC light is completely shielded, so there is no exposure to humans or animals in the room. This allows the Victus devices to effectively and safely disinfect the air in occupied spaces.
Both the Victus Pendant and the Victus 4 Way UVC disinfection devices are designed with both practicality and style in mind, yet they both have design features which make them unique. The Victus 4 Way is built for a seamless ceiling installation, blending in beautifully with the space it is in. Whereas, the Victus Pendant hangs elegantly from the ceiling, adding a modern design feature to a room.
Control Victus devices seamlessly via remote controls. Adjust fan speed, the timer, and turn the device on and off, as well as control the Victus Pendant LED lighting all from a distance. All the settings are displayed on an easy to read LCD screen on the device.
Our Victus UV disinfection devices have indirect lighting, which is a type of lighting that is soft, comfortable and has no glare. This is made possible through the introduction of MCPET (Microcellular PET sheet).
These sheets have the world’s highest reflectance due to their ultra-fine foam structure, which means they have excellent light reflecting performance. Therefore, with Victus, less light source is required, making a significant contribution to power conservation.
The Science Behind Victus and Shielded UVGI Technology
The Victus product range utilises UVC technology to disinfect the air of the space it is in. A fan inside the main unit of the device causes an indoor air convection effect, bringing air into the device and exposing it to the UVC light.
When harmful airborne pathogens are exposed to this UVC light, they are effectively destroyed as the UVC light causes damage to the cell’s DNA and RNA, causing the cell to die. This leaves the cell unable to replicate, effectively eliminating the pathogen.
The fan within the device then pushes out hygienically fresh, clean air back into the environment. This process is repeated continually, providing a constant supply of clean air and reducing the spread of harmful airborne bacteria and viruses.
